Refund Policy
- Product must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- Product must have the original tags as included at the time of receipt.
- Giant Heart is eligible to refuse refund or exchange request when the product has been deformed, damaged, washed, or incomplete without the original tag included.
- In the case that the product is damaged or defective upon receipt of delivery, please provide advance notice within 2 days of receipt via Giant Heart’s WhatsApp Number before sending it back.
- Giant Heart does not guarantee exchange or refunds request for items that do not meet the criteria of return policy. .
- Any shipping services can be used to return the product. Please ensure that we receive the product you sent by providing the tracking number and kindly confirm via Giant Heart’ WhatsApp Number
- Please repack the returned product safely.

- New product will be sent after we receive your exchange product and confirm your return or exchange request.
- Giant Heart is not responsible for lost items returned when sending back.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
